Chris Ashton has wide experience in capacity building at national and regional level. He has in depth involvement in public administration reform, organizational analysis and review, strategic planning, the complete project cycle, (planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation), the development of educational and training materials, TVET, public awareness campaigns, annual work planning and education policy development.
