EXPERIENCE
Chris Ashton has over 40 years’ international experience in HR, Organization Analysis and Capacity Building. He has worked on projects fundned by a variety of agencies: including the ADB, World Bank, EU, KfW, JICA and UNICEF.
My main areas of expertise are in institutional development, human resources and capacity building. More specifically I have experience in national and regional public administration reform, strategic planning, project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, annual work planning and budget development.
His initial work experience was in the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy in the private sector. His first overseas job was as in Indonesia again the private sector (oil and gas) before beginning a series of consulting positions in development projects.
Roles; team player, team leader, deputy team leader, and advisor to Governments.
